The registration fee covers the following:

• A maximum of TWO accepted papers by the same registered author.
  An additional US$250 / RMB 1863 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
• 1 CD Proceedings, 1 reception ticket (Jan 6), 1 banquet ticket (Jan 8), and 5 coffee-breaks (Jan 7-9)
• For papers with more than 6 pages, the author needs to pay US$200 / RMB 1490 per page for the extra pages to be in the conference proceedings.

Hotel Booking
The registration will be processed together with the hotel booking .Please click out here for details about hotel accommodations.

Payment method:
The payment method for overseas and mainland China delegate is different. The details are listed on the registration form.

Overseas delegates (including Hong Kong)

• We accept credit card payment and bank draft.
• NB For payment settled in credit cards, Hong Kong dollars will be charged. The exchange rate will be approximately US$1 = HK$7.8

Mainland China delegates

• We accept credit card payment and bank transfer.
• For bank transfer, delegates are required to deposit the money first and submit the registration form together with the bank remittance record.
• Payment will be made in RMB.
